List courses

Courses, in every state. A course in the recycle bin has deleted_at set and is listed only with include_deleted=true. Moving a course between draft, live, hidden and archived is an action, because each move has its own capability and its own checks.

Quire permissions

Required capability: course/view_hidden.

Credential scopes: courses:read.

The acting subject must also be allowed to perform this action in the organisation.
