List api keys

Tenant API key metadata for integration administrators. Issuance and rotation return a raw token only once; later reads omit the token, key prefix, secret hash, IP allowlist, acting-user identity, and rotation links. Updated-since and hard-deletion feeds support credential synchronization.

Quire permissions

Required capability: api/manage_keys.

Credential scopes: integrations:read.

The acting subject must also be allowed to perform this action in the organisation.
