List roleassignments

Who holds which role where. context_kind and context_ref_id name the tenant, category, course or activity the role applies at. Assigning or removing a role is a permission change: it needs the privileged roles:write scope and role/assign at that context.

Quire permissions

Required capability: user/view.

Credential scopes: roles:read.

The acting subject must also be allowed to perform this action in the organisation.
