Read installed platform licence status

Returns the installed licence status and public signing key identifiers. Licence tokens and provider or private-key material are never returned.

Quire permissions

Required capability: platform/licence_view.

Credential scopes: tenants:read.

The acting subject must also be allowed to perform this action in the organisation.
