List webhooksubscriptions

Where signed event deliveries go. A new subscription is sent a webhook.ping and stays disabled until the endpoint acknowledges it, which catches a mistyped URL when it is configured rather than at the first real event. At most 25 per organisation.

Required capability: webhook/manage.

Credential scopes: webhooks:read.

The acting subject must also be allowed to perform this action in the organisation.
