List chatmessages

The messages kept in a chat, including those held for moderation (state pending) and system messages. Every message is returned whichever group conversation it belongs to, so this is a moderator's view: it requires chat/moderate on the activity. A message has no edit time, so updated_at is the time it was sent, and messages older than the chat's retention are removed by the chat itself. Filter by activity_id, course_id, group_id or user_id. Reactions and flags are not served. Hard deletions have no feed.

Credential scopes: submissions:read.

The acting subject must also be allowed to perform this action in the organisation.
