List databaserecords

Records people added to a database activity. values is an object keyed by database field id. Records waiting for approval are included (approved is false). Requires dbmod/manage on the activity; filter by activity_id or course_id. Hard deletions have no feed.

Quire permissions

Required capability: dbmod/manage.

Credential scopes: submissions:read.

The acting subject must also be allowed to perform this action in the organisation.
