List facetofacesignups

Sign-ups to face to face sessions: person, state (booked, waitlisted, pending approval and the like), seat or waitlist position, who decided and when. Requires facetoface/manage_sessions on the activity; filter by activity_id, course_id, session_id, user_id or state. A learner sees only their own sign-up on the activity's page, and reads nothing here. Hard deletions have no feed.

Quire permissions

Required capability: facetoface/manage_sessions.

Credential scopes: submissions:read.

The acting subject must also be allowed to perform this action in the organisation.
