List feedbackresponses

One row per submitted response, with its answers in values keyed by feedback item id. Requires feedback/view_responses on the activity, the permission the module's own row-level export needs; filter by activity_id or course_id. An anonymous activity's rows carry no person (user_id is null), no group and no time, and are ordered by their random identifier, so the list cannot be lined up with anything else. An activity holding fewer than 5 responses serves none, the same floor as its analysis and CSV export. Responses have no timestamp, so there is no updated_since filter. Hard deletions have no feed.

Credential scopes: submissions:read.

The acting subject must also be allowed to perform this action in the organisation.
