List checklistticks

Who has ticked which teacher item, by the learner, by a teacher, or automatically when the linked activity was completed (source). A learner's own ticks of items they added, and evidence files, are not served. Requires checklist/tick_other on the activity, the permission the module's own tick export needs; filter by activity_id, course_id, item_id or user_id. Hard deletions have no feed.

Required capability: checklist/tick_other.

Credential scopes: submissions:read.

The acting subject must also be allowed to perform this action in the organisation.
